Faculty member of our Faculty of Law, Head of the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Dr. Özlem Bora, participated as a speaker and lecturer at the conference entitled “IV International Summer School of Mediation of the Central Asian Consortium of Mediators,” held in Kyrgyzstan from August 5 to 11.
At the event, which brought together mediators, academics, researchers, and experts from different countries around the world to share recent developments and scholarly work, Dr. Özlem Bora presented her study entitled “The Scope of Application of the Singapore Convention.”
